Diagnosis:Osteitis PubisFindings:MR images demonstrate parasymphyseal bone marrow edema and small fluid filled osseous irregularities along the symphysis pubis.Diff Dx:Other conditions such as fractures, infections and neoplastic processes may mimick the symptoms of osteitis pubis. |
