Diagnosis: Sinding Larsen Johansson
Findings:Sagital proton density image demonstrates avulsed fracture fragment at the inferior pole of the patella.
Diff Dx:Differential considerations include patellar sleeve avulsion and Jumper's knee. Patellar sleeve avulsion refers to inferior patellar fracture associated with cartilage injury. Jumper's knee is thickening of patellar tendon. Sinding Larsen Johansson syndrome is inferior patellar avulsion fracture without cartilagenous injury.
