Diagnosis:Baker's CystFindings:A high intensity structure, which neck is positioned between semimembranosus and medial head of gastrocnemius represents an unruptured Baker's cyst.Diff Dx:In some cases, it may be diffcult to localize the neck of the Baker's cyst. In those cases, other differential considerations should inlcude hematomas, neoplasms and abscesses. |
